Tour Description
Start with a transfer to Casablanca. Day 1 takes you to the Kasbah of the Oudayas, the Mausoleum, and the Hassan Tower in Rabat, then head to Meknes to explore Bab el Mansour and the Hri Souani Basin, before arriving in Fes. Day 2 will take you through Ifrane and Midelt, with stops at the Ziz Valley and Erfoud before reaching Merzouga for a camel ride and a night in a desert camp. Day 3 starts with a sunrise in the desert, followed by visits to Rissani, the Todra Gorges, and the Dades Gorges, ending in Tinghir. Day 4 includes crossing the Thousand Kasbahs Road, exploring the Dades Valley, visiting Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou, and finally arriving in Marrakech.

Itinerary
- Start with a visit to the Kasbah of the Oudayas in Rabat, built in the 12th century by the Almohads.
- Explore the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a masterpiece of traditional Moroccan architecture.
- Visit the Hassan Tower minaret, an iconic landmark of Rabat.
- Continue to Meknes, known as the “Moroccan Versailles”. Discover the majestic Bab el Mansour gate, built in 1732 by Moulay Abdellah, as well as the Hri Souani granaries and stables.
- Optional lunch at a local restaurant in Meknes.
- Continue to Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, an ancient Berber city once occupied by the Romans.
Arrive in Fes, the spiritual capital of Morocco.
- Meet your guide and depart from Fes at 8:00 AM.
- Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”, and visit the private Al Akhawayn University.
- Lunch in Midelt, followed by a drive through the Middle Atlas mountains, enjoying the scenic palm oasis landscapes.
- Continue towards Errachidia, the gateway to the Saharan region, and stop to photograph the Ziz Valley.
- Visit Erfoud, famous for its fossils, and explore a local marble factory.
- If time allows, visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Chrif in Rissani.
- Arrive at Erg Chebbi, enjoy a tea break, and prepare for a camel ride to the desert camp.
Overnight at the camp, with dinner and live traditional Berber music.
- Optional early morning sunrise from the dunes.
- After breakfast, head to Rissani, known for its date production and its historical significance as Sijilmassa.
- Visit the date market and the fossil sites in Erfoud.
- Explore the 12th-century underground irrigation canals and enjoy a mint tea with Berber music.
- Discover the Todgha Gorges, take a walk with a guide, and learn about the traditional irrigation system and local agriculture.
- Visit a Berber family to explore traditional carpets and local craftsmanship.
Overnight stay in Tinghir.
- Depart from the Todgha Gorges and travel along the “Route of a Thousand Kasbahs.”
- Visit the Dades Gorges and Valley. Enjoy lunch with a local Berber family and participate in a cooking class.
- Explore the Amrhidil Kasbah and the Rose Valley, famous for its rose-based cosmetic products and its annual Rose Festival.
- Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” and visit the Taourirt Kasbah.
- Discover the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back to the 11th century.
- Depart for Marrakech and spend the night in this vibrant city.
